Sabin Bhattarai

Background: Sabin hails from the picturesque Okhaldhunga District of Nepal, known for its hilly terrain and stunning landscapes. His upbringing in this local and hilly area instilled in him a deep fascination for hills and the local lifestyle.

Early Influence: Sabin’s parents, who were teachers in the nearby Solukhumbu District, introduced him to the world of trekking and tourism at a young age. He observed foreigners trekking along the route of Taksindu La near his parents’ school. This early exposure sparked his interest in trekking, traveling, and Nepal’s tourism sector.

Education: Sabin is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mountaineering Studies. This academic pursuit reflects his commitment to establishing himself in both the academic and practical aspects of the tourism industry, particularly in mountain-related activities.

Professional Experience: Sabin is actively engaged with “Hike On Travel and Trek” in the capacity of a Sales and Booking Crew member. In this role, he is gaining valuable insights into the various facets of tours, transportation, and adventure sports related to the tourism industry.

Trekking Enthusiast: Since his senior high school days, Sabin has been an avid trekker. He has explored diverse regions of Nepal, including the Annapurna Base Camp, Langtang Valley Trek, Gosaikunda Trek, Amayangri Helambu Trek, Kapuche Glacier Lake Trek, Ruby Valley Full Camping 23 Days Trek, Rolwaling, Tshoralpa Glacier Lake Trek, Pachpokhari Trek, and has also embarked on camping trips like Sailung 4 Days Camping.
